As one of Inspire’s short hair specialists, no matter if you are looking for a clipper cut, a pixie, or a bob, you are in great hands with Christine! She loves creating low-maintenance styles for her clients, encouraging them to embrace their natural texture and cutting to enhance or control it. Outside of the salon, her creativity shows itself in jewelry making, baking, and other crafty hobbies!
SENIOR STYLIST
CUTTING LEVEL- SENIOR COLOR LEVEL - SENIOR
Lia joined our team in 2021 after completing extensive training under platform hair artists. She loves creating blended, lived-in color for her guests, and is also one of Inspire’s extension specialists. If you’re looking for balayage or vivid colors, Lia is your girl! Outside of the salon, you’ll find Lia at the gym or listening to music with friends.

Kathleen's passion to explore eco-conscious, sustainable alternatives in the beauty industry allowed her to open the doors of Howard County’s first organic salon in 2013. Behind the chair for over 10 years, she quickly found another passion: educating and empowering other stylists while creating a team-based, supportive environment for them to grow. As the driving force behind Inspire, she focuses on growing her stylists and continues to push boundaries in the beauty industry.

She specializes in creating beautiful, natural looking highlights and always finishes a service with a voluminous a blow out that will keep your hair bouncy for days. When the weather permits, Elizabeth loves spending time in the sun at the beach and is a huge advocate of reducing, reusing and recycling!

Jenni loves creating vibrant red-heads, sun-kissed brunettes, and low maintenance blondes. Specializing in thick & curly hair, Jenni thrives with transformative cuts, helping you learn to embrace your hair’s natural texture, or creating color placement to enhance the way your hair moves and lays. When not at home, this vegan mom of two can be found in her garden or on a long hike with her rescue pup, Clay.

Melissa has been a part of our team for five years, while pursuing her cosmetology education. Now a licensed stylist, Melissa has stepped into the role of junior stylist. With a passion for creative and curly hairstyles, as well as vibrant colors, Melissa excels in delivering fun and edgy looks. Her expertise extends to working with curls. She recently completed Rezo Curly Certification and is working towards more curly education.

Junior Stylists complete a 12-month mentorship under Master Stylists, working side-by-side to develop technical confidence and precision. They may collaborate with Master Stylists during appointments to ensure the highest standard of care.
