It is our goal to provide a relaxing and calming experience for all guests. Due to safety concerns and space limitations, we do not allow children on the styling floor during their guardian's appointment.  

CHILDREN

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Returns are not accepted on makeup, accessories, brushes or travel size products. We do not offer refunds on services and will happily provide an alternative solution if you are not completely satisfied with a service. If you experience a reaction to any product or service, please call us immediately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All no-shows will require the missed appointment to be paid in full in order to schedule a new appointment.    

NO SHOWS

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for all services. This allows us to accommodate our waiting list and ensure our stylists' livelihood. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment. If cancellations become a re-occurrence, we may ask for payment in order to secure future appointments.
